If you lose something on one of our trains, or at one of our stations, we’ll do our best to find it. The more detail you can give us, the better.
Items found at GWR locations will be sent to our lost property office at Bristol Temple Meads. It can take several days for items to reach us.
Items may be found at stations operated by a
different train company to the one you travelled with – we will let you know if
you need to contact anybody else.
Once verified we have your item, you can collect in person, send someone else, or pay to have it returned.
We hold items for 3 months.
Please note - we do not operate London Paddington station. Please visit www.lostproperty.org to register items lost there.
